Position Overview
The Supply Chain Finance Manager will play a critical role in influencing Neurovascular manufacturing decisions both for internal & external manufacturing activities in US, based on robust analyses to meet or exceed financial commitments in the forecast and strategic plans.
- He/she will provide financial leadership and guidance to business partners and finance staff as well as ensures that appropriate financial processes and systems are in place in accordance with local government laws and corporate policies.
- You are the key point of contact for the business and play a critical role in driving Gross Profit (GP) improvement by working closely with the business to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Responsibilities include performing Month End & Quarter Close activities, Standard COGS revision, Financial Planning, Inventory & SLOB and End to End consolidation of SC Neurovascular financials.
- The role is expected to lead meetings with cross functional teams, interacting with finance management and other functional areas throughout the organization including preparation of ad hoc materials used in senior level reviews.
- You will be responsible for providing oversight, direction, and financial leadership to 2 direct reports and the broader finance organization.
- This role plays a pivotal role in working with cross functional teams to drive GP improvements through Cost Improvement Projects (CIPs) & SLOB reduction.
- The individual working closely with business partners to perform analyses to drive business decisions and determine return on investment.
- He/she partners cross functionally to develop solutions to a variety of Supply Chain initiatives with varying levels of scope and complexity.
- You will exercise discretion within defined procedures and practices to assess appropriate courses of action.
- The individual analyzes company actual performance vs. business plan, which includes variances analyses.
- You will develop strategies to meet finance group objectives by leading and companioning our new system transition journey.
- All employees are responsible for ensuring compliance to Sarbanes Oxley requirements and supporting compliance processes.
- You are also required to enforce all company guidelines, policies and procedures related to Health, Safety and Environmental, and ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local regulations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- CPA, CMA, and/or MBA are preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years progressive accounting experience or related business experience is required;
