The Role:

As a Home Solutions Sales Pro, you’ll be on the front lines, engaging with homeowners in the field through marketing and sales efforts to drive our continued growth. This is not your typical sales position – this is where hard work, determination, and results come together for an opportunity to earn big while enjoying a fun and dynamic work environment. What You'll Do:

• Engage with homeowners through field marketing efforts to generate new business opportunities and drive leads.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer acquisition process

• Work collaboratively with marketing and leadership teams to create and implement strategies that drive sales and growth

• Exceed targets and performance metrics in a competitive, high-energy environment

• Leverage company resources and tools to enhance sales and marketing efforts, and provide top-notch customer service

• Hours: Mon-Fri, 12:30pm to 7pm and two flexible Saturdays per month 10am to 2pm
