Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Consultant

 

•   Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
•   Actively participate in discovery and design sessions to understand requirements and prepare technical specifications.
•   Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday integrations including EIB, Studio and Cloud Connect integrations.
•    Support quality control activities and evaluate data in Workday to ensure consistency, accuracy, security and data integrity.
•    Assist on continuous process improvement opportunities to enhance speed, automation, data accuracy and customer satisfaction.
•    Respond to ad-hoc requests for internal and/or external customers to ensure alignment of programs and initiatives. Lead and mentor small teams.

Qualifications:

•   Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
•   Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and produce high-quality deliverables within the stipulated deadlines.
•   Ability to create Technical Design Specifications.
•   Perform end-to-end testing of integrations.
•   Should be able to engage with clients and third party vendors independently.

Must-Have Certifications

• Workday Integration Core, 
• CCTPP 
• Studio (desirable)

Experience & Background 

• BE/ B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA
• Has 4-6 years of enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• At least 2 years of Workday implementation or support experience.
• Experience with Workday integration design patterns: DT, EIBs, inbound and outbound integrations.
• Experience in creating complex Workday calculated fields and advanced reports, BIRT reports.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Workday Advanced Reports
• XML / XSLT
• Web Services - SOAP and REST
• Experience in Workday integration design patterns - EIB, DT and Core Connectors.
• Integration Security Configuration
• Strong written and verbal business communication.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Workday Studio
• CCB, PICOF, PECI
