Our “Roof & Components (RC)” business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Are you technically skilled and enthusiastic about product innovations? Then use your expertise and passion to help shape our success story.

 

Candidates without prior experience are welcome!

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
 

• Meeting with customer representatives onsite, providing customer information about quality and logistics topics
• Communication with plant quality team and with OEM customer onsite
• Providing reports of part quality findings
• Providing quality support in the plant and at customer site
• Ability to produce, collect, understand and present data
• Identifying and reviewing quality issues and potential root-cause analysis and make recommendations for improvements to upper management
• Developing and maintaining customer relationship
• Representing Webasto within customer facilities to address quality topics
• Submit Customer liaison reports to the plant in daily and weekly basis
• Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment

This is what you bring to us:
 

• 3+ years of Automotive customer or Quality Liaison experience
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to travel when needed
