Neurology – Headache Specialty – NP or PA – St. Cloud, MN 

CentraCare is seeking a Neurology Advanced Practice Provider to join the dynamic team of providers at CentraCare Neurosciences. 

In this position, you will be working primarily in the treatment of headache and facial pain conditions such as migraine headaches, temporomandibular disorders, autonomic trigeminal cephalgia, trigeminal nerve injury and trigeminal neuralgia as well as neuropathy.
Opportunity to perform injections/procedures.

Schedule:

• 1.0 FTE 
• M-F schedule 
• 8:00am-4pm, 8:00am-3:00pm on Fridays
• No weekends, evenings, or call 

Requirements:

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure 

• Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card

• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges.

• Open to New Grads

• Experience in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Pain Management or Acute Care, preferred. 

 Pay and Benefits

• Starting pay begins at $116,480 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 

• Salary range:  $116,480 - $156,936 per year 

• Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
