As Senior Finance Manager for the TAAP Tax Workflow, you will be at the center of transforming how finance enables growth. You will serve as a strategic partner to GTM and cross-functional leaders, driving revenue acceleration, guiding critical decisions, and helping steer the business through its next phase of AI-powered transformation.

About the Role 

In this opportunity as a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Revenue Growth Engine – Lead GTM channel strategy, including structure, quotas, and incentives that directly fuel performance and growth.
• Strategic Business Leadership – Shape and execute growth strategies, including renewal optimization, to expand market impact and profitability.
• Insight to Action – Deliver high-impact analytics that move beyond reporting—translating data into actionable insights that influence decisions.
• Operational Excellence – Partner with sales and finance leaders to bring strategy to life through rigorous planning, forecasting, and execution.

About You 

You're a fit for the role of Senior Finance Manager if your background includes: 

• 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with a track record of impact
• Proven experience supporting high-performing sales and retention organizations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data prioritization skills
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
