You will report into Engineering Manager. This individual must reside in US. Remote-Hybrid.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Leadership
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical guidance to provide best practices for a robust and secure Salesforce platform
Integration Expertise
Design and implement robust and scalable integrations between Salesforce and other systems
Evaluate and select appropriate integration technologies and patterns
Ensure data integrity and optimal performance in integrated solutions
Collaboration and Communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers
Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Participate in project planning, estimation, and strategy discussions
Quality Assurance
Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security measures
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards
Implement and maintain automated testing processes
Minimum Qualifications
Will have 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead
Strong proficiency in Salesforce development and administration
Experience with integration technologies and patterns
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Platform Developer, Certified Administrator)
Hands-on experience with APIs, Mulesoft, Salesforce to Salesforce integration
Stay informed about the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and apply them to improve Salesforce solutions
Drive innovation through the incorporation of AI capabilities into our technical landscape

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $141,400 and $228,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Equal Employment Opportunity
