Human Resource Generalist

 

The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. This role involves hands-on responsibility in areas such as onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management and recruitment. The ideal candidate has broad knowledge of HR practices and is capable of building relationships across departments to foster a positive and productive work environment. You will work out of the Securitas office in Warwick, RI.

Compensation and Benefits:

Depending on experience, Securitas will offer a starting salary $27 per hour, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

 

• Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
• 5 PTO vacation days, and 5 sick days
• 401K

 

You will also have responsibilities to:

 

• Management compliance
• Conduct investigations.
• Manage state licensing requirements.
• Have coaching and counseling skills.
• Possess top notch organization and time management skills.
• Assist with recruitment needs for office.
