When you join PGIM, you’ll unlock a motivating and impactful career – all while growing your skills and advancing your profession at one of the world’s leading global asset managers!  </span></p><p><span>If you’re not afraid to think differently and challenge the status quo, come and be a part of a dedicated team that’s investing in your future by shaping tomorrow today. </span></p><p><span>At PGIM, You Can! </span></p><p></p><p><b>What you will do</b></p><p>PGIM Private Capital (Ireland) Limited (“PPC”) is seeking a Fund Operations Associate to support its Fund Operations/Finance team.</p><p>The Fund Operations team is a unit within PPC responsible for the financial oversight and reporting of multiple credit fund strategies and their limited partnerships.</p><p></p><p><b>What you can expect</b></p><ul><li><p>Prepare financial statements and investment returns for funds and separate accounts.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the preparation and review of investor communications, including capital activity and quarterly reporting</p></li><li><p>Support with Fund cash / liquidity management and payment of vendors.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the funds’ auditors to ensure that reporting deadlines are met.</p></li><li><p>Proactively manage and complete ad hoc initiatives, e.g. share issuance notices.</p></li><li><p>Reporting dividends to limited partnerships.</p></li><li><p>Provide support for VAT and other tax returns.</p></li><li><p>Build working relationship with external Fund Administration.</p></li><li><p>Join a global operations team by working with staff located in Chicago, Newark, and Ireland.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will bring</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience of fund administration, accounting, tax or operations experience in financial services.</p></li><li><p>Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail is essential.</p></li><li><p>High-energy person who brings positivity, geniality and optimism to work.</p></li><li><p>Critical thinking and problem-solving experience a must.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines is a plus.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What will set you apart?</b></p><ul><li><p>Previous exposure with Wall Street Office or Allvue (fka Black Mountain) is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Previous exposure with Direct Lending and private credit funds is a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>*PGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
