Job Description

Job DescriptionWhat you will do

• Lead data incubation projects that provide data solutions and services for CIB initiatives.
• Act as a central point of contact for defining data best practices, developing data expertise and tooling, and deploying resources to achieve CIB's strategic data goals.
• Ensure alignment and coordination between the data initiatives prioritised by the Head of Data, the Data Capability Centre, and the business unit stakeholders.
• Create and maintain visibility and data value realisation across CIB, and increase awareness of the data capabilities and gaps that exist within the data organisation and the business units.
• Manage and mitigate any risks to data quality and ensure compliance with data policies and standards.

What you will need

• A degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• 5-8 years of experience working on data delivery projects, preferably in an investment or commercial banking environment.
• Experience working as a Data Delivery Lead or Change Manager, and leading data delivery teams.
• Experience in building data capabilities and driving data transformation in an organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and functions.
• Knowledge of data technologies, tools, and methodologies, and the ability to apply them to solve business problems.
