RESIDENT DIRECTOR - ENTRADA SCHOLARS PROGRAM
SUMMARY:
The Entrada Scholars Program is a four-week academic program for racial and ethnic minority juniors and seniors in high school. The Resident Director is part of a team of two Resident Directors and is responsible for all residence hall functions for the Entrada Scholars Program. This includes planning, leading, supervising, and evaluating all residence life programs and initiatives. In addition, the Residential Director provides day-to-day leadership for eight to nine Resident Assistants and serves as the on-site responder for student emergencies, disciplinary issues, and parent communication. The Resident Director will provide overnight supervision and guidance in the resident hall during this program. Therefore, candidates must be able to live on campus during the training, planning, and implementation of the Entrada Scholars Program (June 20th – July 25th).
