Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and skilled Full Stack Product Engineer to join our dynamic

team in Chicago. In this role, you will be instrumental in both front-end and back-end

development, ensuring that our user experiences are as intuitive as they are impactful.

With our backend infrastructure incorporating advanced Language Learning Models

(LLMs), your expertise in front end development and understanding of AI/ML

applications will be crucial in seamlessly integrating these technologies across our

platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality web applications using React.js,

ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience.

• Integrate APIs, scrape data, and manage backend databases to enhance

functionality and responsiveness.

• Apply machine learning models to improve and personalize user interactions

within the application.

• Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into

functional web components.

• Work across the full stack, tackling challenging problems that require robust

solutions.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to develop new features and optimize

existing ones, keeping the user's journey in mind.

• Contribute innovative ideas to further our mission of making health benefits

more accessible and understandable.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in full stack, especially front-end, development, with

strong competencies in React.js and Node.js or similar frameworks.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, with practical experience in

integrating these models within a production environment.

• Proficiency in API integration, data scraping, and relational/non-relational

databases.

• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, proficient in tools such as Figma.

• A collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and a passion for tackling

complex challenges in a team setting.

Additional Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

• Experience with mobile app development (iOS, Android) is a plus.

Compensation:

Salary range $90-$125K + Equity Compensation
