Home Department Retail Sales Lead - Downeast Home - Boise, Idaho

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for ongoing product knowledge training, selling behaviors, and inspiring others to provide a great customer experience.

Essential Functions

Motivate the sales team to enhance the service culture

Follows company sales strategy to exceed goals

Handling customer de-escalation

Monitor customer orders until completion

Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required

Train employees on selling behaviors

Supporting the execution of visual directives

Maintain a clean, safe, secure and friendly store

Supports inventory management processes

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Lift 30+ lbs.

Ability to spend entire shift on feet

Over the age of 18

Preferred Skills

1 year of retail experience

Strong Communicator

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Ability to prioritize multi-task and problem solve

High-spirited and self motivated
