Global HR/Talent Intern

<p></p><p>Our Global Talent team strives to support the continuous growth and evolution of the company. We’re looking for an HR/Talent Intern to support our Global Talent team. Based in Paris, your mission will be to support the team on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to Learning &amp; Development, Talent Acquisition and Knowledge Management. Occasionally, you might also be asked to help on ad-hoc HR projects.  </p><p> </p><p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION </strong></p><p> As our HR/Talent Intern, you will be working on: </p><p><strong>Learning &amp; Development </strong></p><ul><li>Support the design, coordination and delivery of learning programs, including onboarding and training initiatives </li></ul><ul><li>Manage logistics, attendance tracking and learning content within LMS/LXP tools </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to evaluating program effectiveness and creation of internal communications to promote learning </li></ul><p><strong>Recruiting</strong> </p><ul><li>Review applications and manage the Talent Pool </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate interview logistics  </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to communication and continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools. </li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge</strong> <strong>Management</strong> </p><p>Knowledge Management (KM) being under the responsibility of the Global Talent team, at times you might be asked to help on the following: </p><ul><li>Curate and organize KM assets to ensure knowledge accessibility, consistency, and long-term usability. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with IT and project teams to deploy SharePoint sites and libraries tailored to Quantis’ knowledge-sharing needs.  </li></ul><p><strong>Other</strong> </p><p>You may also be asked to provide occasional support on other topics such as performance management, compensation review, HR reporting or special HR projects. </p><p></p><p><strong>ARE YOU EAGER TO LEARN AND GROW IN A PURPOSE-DRIVEN HR TEAM? </strong></p><ul><li>You’re motivated to develop your HR knowledge and skills on critical HR topics in an environment working towards <strong>building a sustainable future and aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries. </strong></li></ul><ul><li>You have <strong>previous internship / work experience</strong> in a corporate setting. </li></ul><ul><li>You possess a <strong>strong sense of rigour</strong> and excellent analytical skills. </li></ul><ul><li>You are <strong>comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint</strong>, want to further improve your skills. </li></ul><ul><li>You have strong <strong>organization</strong> and time management skills. </li></ul><ul><li>You <strong>love human contact</strong> and have strong communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li>You are <strong>service-oriented</strong>, collaborative, and have a can-do attitude. </li></ul><ul><li>You are <strong>curious</strong> and willing to learn more about both HR and sustainability. </li></ul><ul><li>You communicate effectively in <strong>fluent English </strong>(both oral and written communication).
