Job Overview

The Assistant, Marketing Strategy will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands Home/Food/Toys. You'll be actively involved in supporting the development of marketing plans, researching market trends, and contributing to the success of our campaigns.

 

What You Will Do

• Assist the Marketing Strategy team in developing marketing plans across key timeframes, categories, and event types.
• Support the seasonal and monthly planning process to ensure alignment on product priorities, launch cadences and event architecture
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing tactical support, including:
  • Collaborate with partners on all materials needed for creative style-outs and presentations 
  • Creating and distributing meeting agendas and follow-up action items
  • Facilitating asset reviews to confirm timely feedback and adherence to brief 
  • Coordinating requests for marketing tactics and manage media changes
• Analyze marketing data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, content creation, creative, Digital/Customer teams, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and communication
• Stay up to date on industry trends and consumer insights

 

 

Skills You Will Need

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (or relevant internship experience).
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for building brand messaging and strategies
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Eager to learn and a quick learner.
