SUMMARY The Sr. Consultant, Microsoft AI Solutions is a senior delivery consultant responsible for leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions within active client engagements. This role owns delivery-aligned design decisions, customer alignment, and execution across assigned solution components, ensuring outcomes that are secure, scalable, and aligned to business objectives. As a core member of the delivery team, the Senior Consultant partners with solution architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to define solutions, guide implementation, and support the transition to steady-state operations. This role supports multiple technical profiles involved in Microsoft AI solution delivery. Candidates may bring strengths in low-code AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations, or pro-code AI delivery leveraging Azure AI services, Microsoft Foundry, and custom integration patterns. Regardless of technical background, success in this role requires the ability to translate business scenarios into delivery-ready solutions and execute secure, scalable AI solutions that drive measurable productivity and business outcomes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Envisioning & Business Alignment • Lead and support AI solution envisioning activities including workshops, demonstrations, and technical deep-dive sessions. • Translate business scenarios and use cases into conceptual solution designs aligned with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and related services. • Support technical feasibility and delivery readiness assessments prior to engagement initiation. • Facilitate alignment with customer stakeholders on solution scope, requirements, architecture approach, and success criteria. • Develop conceptual designs and delivery-aligned solution definitions to guide implementation. Solution Delivery & Execution • Lead solution design activities within delivery engagements, translating approved concepts into functional and non-functional requirements. • Configure, build, and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and supporting Azure services. • Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, Microsoft Foundry, and existing enterprise systems. • Implement identity, security, governance, and access controls aligned with organizational and customer standards. • Execute testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure production readiness. • Support deployment, go-live, stabilization, and handoff to operations teams. Communication & Collaboration • Serve as the primary delivery lead for assigned solution components or workstreams. • Partner with architects and project managers to plan, execute, and track delivery milestones. • Collaborate with customer technical and business teams to drive alignment, decision-making, and adoption. • Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to internal and customer stakeholders. • Support presales and technical deep-dive sessions on an as-needed basis to validate solution feasibility and delivery readiness. Continuous Improvement & Delivery Excellence • Develop and maintain delivery artifacts such as architecture diagrams, configuration specifications, runbooks, deployment guides, and validation checklists. • Contribute reusable solution assets, patterns, and implementation guidance to internal repositories. • Capture lessons learned to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and consistency. • Support initiatives focused on standardizing AI delivery approaches. • Stay current with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, and Azure AI platform updates.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred. • 8+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation with client-facing responsibilities. • Experience advising senior leaders on AI, Copilot, or cloud modernization initiatives. • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. • Experience designing AI-enabled solutions and automations integrated with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure services. • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts for Copilot and AI agents. • Familiarity with agent design patterns and data access patterns. • Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and integration architectures (hands-on preferred). • Experience supporting presales activities such as readiness assessments, envisioning workshops, and proposal development. • Microsoft ceApply for this role
