Senior Construction Project Manager

• Effectively manage, inspire, and motivate a team of professionals.

• Support engineering and sales teams to deliver project requirements within schedule and budget without compromising safety standards.

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the project life cycle related to project deliverables.

• Manage the overall procurement of materials and deliverables.

• Selection of suppliers and issuance of purchase orders and sub-contracts as defined by our internal processes.

• Client relations throughout project phases from order entry to final documentation.

• Support of all onsite activities from site confirmations, field installations and equipment commissioning.

• Ensure team prepares change orders and progress reports for extra work.
• Ensure project teams track and report on project progress, financial performance and key milestones.

• Ensure team compiles and submits progress payment requests; monitor, review and update project cost reports.
