Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing routine technical maintenance, repairs, modification, equipment setup and testing
- Assist with repairs and/or modifications using a variety of hand tools and test equipment
- Assist in demonstrating setup and adjustment of equipment for potential users or operators
- Demonstrate great customer service skills
- Work variable shifts and up to 12-hour shifts to perform necessary testing
- Punctuality and attendance are considered essential functions in light of the fact that the services to be provided to the customer can only be performed at the customer site and in a manner that is consistent with the customer’s scheduling.
- Employees must be able to maintain and adhere to the customer’s on-site scheduling requirements with no more than 5 unplanned absences during any rolling 12-month period.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 0+ years of experience
- Must be able and willing to travel
- Ability to work variable shifts and up to 12-hour shifts to perform necessary testing
- Must have or be eligible to obtain U.S. passport
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required
- Software skills with C, C++, Java and Visual Basic, a plus
- Computer proficiency with MS Office application experience, including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint; detailed understanding and use of database technologies helpful
