• Salary for Nurse Case Manager ranges from $70,000 and $105,000 / year

 

At our Cascades location in Schenectady, NY you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within our COE Health Team as the Nurse Case Manager:

 

• Enhance Disability and Case Management: Provide strong support for disability and case management across our facility
• Collaborate and Develop Programs: Qualify and engage external resources for program development, including healthcare providers, third-party administrators, EAP suppliers, legal advisors, and regulatory agencies.
• Guide HR and Promote Health: Advise Human Resources, conduct pre-employment examinations, guide HR Business Partners and employees on health issues, and actively participate in health promotion activities, ensuring compliance with current legislations and regulations.

You too, will put forward your strengths: 

 

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as Registered Nurse 
• Significant experience in case management and benefit insurance
• Advanced degree in Nursing is preferred 
• Occupational health and safety experience is an asset
