Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Account Executive to design and implement effective sales strategies based on customer needs and market research.
• Conduct customer visits on a regular basis to maintain relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and manage sales activities within established budgets and timelines.
• Develop solutions in challenges of sales processes, ensuring smooth operations.
• Participate in business development meetings and negotiate agreements with potential partners.
• Prepare and present proposals including pricing, terms, and conditions to existing and potential customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales knowledge and performance.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
• Responsible for sales performance, margin management, and A/R collections within assigned accounts.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer visits and trade shows.
• Assist customers with existing and new orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Resolve promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments for order coordination and deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or account support experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use data to support sales decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
