Job Description

Avery Dennison Solutions Group is undergoing a digital transformation that is re-defining how we do business and interact with our customers. We are rapidly expanding to fulfill these new business needs and are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team. As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and creating visually stunning digital experiences across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life and elevate our brand presence in the digital space.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

• Create engaging digital solutions including, but not limited to, digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including microsites, websites, mobile apps, animation, email templates, social media and digital advertisements.

• Provide visual digital support for marketing events, promotions, launches and campaigns. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative digital solutions. 

• Mentor and provide guidance to team colleagues, fostering their growth and development. 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess the ability to communicate with your lead manager to ensure deadlines are met and services are fulfilled.

• Continuously refine and improve design processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate into design strategies.

Qualifications

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, or related field. 

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative digital projects.

• Competence is more important than years of experience.

• Strong Experience in Adobe Creative Suite including XD, After Effects and Premiere

• Experience with web and digital design software such as Figma, Ceros, Sketch, Abstract, Contentful and Eloqua 

• Knowledge and experience with HTML and CSS is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to demonstrate a modern, clean, contemporary design aesthetic.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to adapt to changing workloads, and thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
