This is a full-time role and it comes with a favourable salary and benefits.<p></p>As a Group Head of Technology Risk and Control Architecture, you will be responsible for leading, supporting and implementing the company's technology risk and control architecture methodology and the identification, analysis, modelling, and decision analysis of all technology risk. You will also advise and advise the Global Chief Information Security Officer (GCISO).<p></p>In your first few weeks in this Technology Risk and Decision Science Head role, you can expect to:<ul><li>Direct, support and execute all technology risk analysis and modelling, including Annualized Loss Exposure; Event Frequency; Calibrated Forecasting; Sensitivity Analysis; Risk Spend Efficiency ($); and Return on Investment (ROI)</li><li>Leverage scientific and stochastic modeling techniques, such as Monte Carlo Analysis, to model technology risk</li><li>Operationalise uncertainty modelling and decision analytics</li><li>Ensure robust, quantitative risk measurement techniques are utilised throughout all tech risk measurement initiatives.</li></ul><p></p>To apply for this Group Head of Technology Risk &amp; Control Architecture role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:<ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree and in-depth experience operating and leading Technology teams</li><li>Familiarity with the FAIR methodology and or experience with the ISO or 31,000 people</li><li>Deep programme management experience managing local and global initiatives and extensive knowledge and expertise in a wide range of Technology disciplines.</li></ul><p></p>Benefits - As a truly global business, we tailor benefits to each location to safeguard our people and respect local cultures and ways of working.
