How will you make an impact in this role?
The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The US Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The US Membership Activation team sits nestled within US Customer Loyalty Marketing (USCLM) as a critical and foundational arm to deliver marketing on behalf of the enterprise to win the hearts, minds and wallets of our customers and deliver on the brand promise.
How will you make an impact on this role?
Within USCLM, the Onboarding Early Engagement (OEE) team is looking for an Analyst to play a key role in driving early spend, lend, and engagement behaviors for new Card Members within their first 30 days of tenure and beyond. This is an exciting, high-visibility opportunity to shape the first moments of Membership while collaborating with partners across execution, product, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the execution of the Early Tenure Email Curriculum, which includes five key touchpoints in the first month of Card Membership, to drive early spend, lend, and digital adoption.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing Digital Member Guides, an always-accessible resource for Card Members, with a focus on driving early tenure engagement.
- Work closely with partners across the US Consumer Card organization, including the Loyalty Marketing Enablement team to ensure detailed campaign execution, Product Line Strategy to align with product strategies, and other key partners.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and support optimizations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
