They will play an intricate role in driving the growth of our rapidly expanding and industry disrupting brand protection technologies. The ideal candidate thrives on solving difficult challenges that have high impact. Complete ownership.</li><li>Work from Madeira Office.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years software development skills using Java/Kotlin and Spring or equivalents</li><li>Expertise designing, implementing, and operationalizing large-scale, distributed systems with scale, performance, and reliability objectives</li><li>Experience designing and developing RESTful and/or Event based services within a microservices architecture</li><li>Very comfortable building containerized and/or serverless solutions in the Cloud</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience developing within a successful SaaS environment</li><li>Technical leadership experience such as leading the design and development of major subsystems</li><li>Ability and interest in mentoring less experienced software engineers</li></ul><p>This role is also eligible for a competitive <a href="https://www.tracer.ai/why-tracer/careers" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">benefits</a> package that includes: health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, parental leave, a Coverflex Card, professional development  and our “Flex Friday” program.
