Job Description

Within the Value & Stakeholder Success Management team (Digital & Business Factory Office – Value & Delivery Transformation department), you contribute to the following team mission:  

• “We ensure that Digital & Business Factory generates the maximum value for our Stakeholders by meeting their business priorities while guaranteeing the right level of focus” 

Domain: Digital & Business Factory at service of Luxury & Lifestyle Maisons 

Context : 

Reporting to team lead Fatiha Ahamdouche (Value & Stakeholder Success Management), the role is Success Manager at the service of a (or several) Luxury & Lifestyle Maisons 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate business needs prioritization into the Digital & Business Roadmap, representing our Stakeholders’ - be they Maison(s) or Hub(s) - vision and business priorities within the Digital & Business Factory, Ensuring business needs are best qualified , aligned with Group strategy & OKR (challenge if not), with confirmed Business impact & KPIs, Go to Market strategy, Coordinating synergies between business needs. 

• Foster exchanges between Stakeholders & Digital & Business Factory relevant experts  

• Follow-up and Communicate on Stakeholders priorities, delivery progress and generated value, Building a success plan with our stakeholders in line with their strategic objectives, Providing guidance on our stakeholders’ strategy, key milestones, related roadmap deliveries & generated value. 

• Highlight valuable Digital & Business Factory’s deliveries to Stakeholders to strengthen their satisfaction and engagement, Proactively anticipate business needs, provide recommendations to guide our stakeholders in their digital project and business challenges 

• Ensure and get involved in the performance & usage monitoring and make sure that the product meets its objectives and deliver the expected value 

• In case it is needed, the role may also entails coordinating the set-up of specific product & services required by a Luxury & Lifestyle Maison, such as new dedicated distribution system, loyalty interfaces, BI & reporting solutions – together with the associated budget management responsibility 

Qualifications

Bac + 5 Engineering or Business School, excellent digital culture, passionate about new technologies, user and customer centric. 

3 to 5 years of experience in project/product management (in a business or consulting firm). 

Good knowledge of agile processes and product culture. You are resolutely focused on the user and the creation of value! 

 Autonomous, you are very organized. You know how to challenge visions in a constructive way and propose rigorous methodologies. 

You have also piloted important projects involving many stakeholders. Bonus if you have had the opportunity to work in the Luxury and Lifestyle sector. 

Strong analytical ability combined with excellent ability to understand heterogeneous functional areas. 

Very business and result oriented. 

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills 

Fluent English (written and oral).
