100011 - Production Specialist

Valiant is looking for an Audio/Visual Production Technician to join our team.  The AV Production Technician supports multiple functions within the larger Audio-Visual Team.  The candidate will be expected to support the Mission Command Training Program at home and abroad in the execution of Joint, CORPs, Division, and Brigade-level War Fighter Exercises by providing audio/visual support and expertise.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute coordination with the Command Information Center for Video Teleconferences.
• Set up audio visual support for Senior mentor conferences and Workshops.
• Set up audio visual support for all Training audience Planning Conferences and Academic Classes, After Action (AARs), Combined Arms Rehearsal (CAR), Battle update Briefs (BUBs), and media engagement events.
• Execute, produce, and edit still photography, full motion video products, and other digital training products and package to be used for reaching back by the Army for training purposes.
• Set up classrooms, conference rooms and large facilities for training, which will require the movement and placement of furniture and equipment all cables and audio-visual equipment as part of the position.

Qualifications CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:  Active Secret   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Proficient with Adobe CSS Suite, Microsoft Office, and proven experience with video editing software 

  DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) MS teams and Large Language Model (LLM)

  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:  

• Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
