EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.</p> <p><strong>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> <br><strong><em>In this position, you will:</em></strong>  </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for local municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.</li> <li>Manage civil engineering design from concept through completion, including design development, preparation of plans and specifications, coordination with local and state regulatory agencies, permitting, and development of bid documents.</li> <li>Lead problem-solving efforts across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.</li> <li>Participate in and coordinate design, client, and construction meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.</li> <li>Plan, schedule, and execute detailed phases of civil design work while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships and actively support the development of new and repeat business.</li> <li>EnSafe is a seller/manage/do organization, so your duties will also include proposal/marketing support, project and practice management, and client project involvement where appropriate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE</strong> <br><strong>Minimum Skills and Requirements:</strong> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with Civil 3D/CAD experience.</li> <li>A minimum of 10 years of civil design experience, preferably with an Engineering consulting firm.</li> <li>Current Florida PE&am
