We are looking for an exceptional Commercial Operations Manager to join the superstar team at Too Good To Go. 

Your mission

As Global Commercial Operations Manager, you are tasked with ensuring the country teams that drive our growth receive excellent operational support, with unified processes and consistent use of tools, that facilitates productivity, performance and efficiency. 

You will synthesise the current and future business requirements from senior stakeholders, understand the needs of our Sales, Growth and Key Accounts “on the ground”, and work with the local Sales Operations team members to raise the bar and help our teams onboard more stores and save more food from going to waste!

Responsibilities

  • Support local Sales Operations team members to deliver best-in-class operational support to their country’s Sales, Growth and Key Accounts teams
  • Identify best practices and look for opportunities to improve the support these team members deliver
  • Unify processes and the use of tools across our markets
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and scalability of Sales Operations tasks and processes
  • Upskill and train local Sales Operations team members
  • Design and implement new processes that deliver more value to our internal stakeholders or create more internal efficiency
  • Anticipate future business needs, including the introduction of new products, KPIs, and tools, and build relevant frameworks, processes and trainings

Requirements

  • Relevant experience within commercial operations or a similar role.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders 
  • Strong project management experience and organisational skills
  • You have strong process mapping experience, demonstrating success in scoping business requirements, designing and implementing processes, and 
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, where you’ve worked with people from different backgrounds and cultures, and collaboration occurs through digital channels
  • Ability to work remotely and provide effective leadership and direction virtually
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix organisation environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in English that allow you to simplify technical or complex ideas based on the audience and work effectively with colleagues whose first language is not English
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • You are based in either Amsterdam, Madrid, Milan, Paris, London, Berlin
  • You have availability to travel as required to meet with stakeholders and attend meetings.
  • You have a genuine motivation for our mission of fighting food waste.
