Facility Technician I

Forklift Operator / Material Handler / Warehouse Technician – Weekdays Only!
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7 am to 3:30 pm
Pay Rate: $20 per hour

What You’ll Do

Operate forklifts to offload, palletize, and reload materials (75% of your day)

Move and handle drums, bins, and pallets across our facility and truck bays

Coordinate loads between local hubs and outbound trucks

Track manifests and maintain shipping timelines

Use Outlook and warehouse systems to keep everything organized

Assist with dispatching and daily operations

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling
• Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified — we can help!)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfort using basic computer applications
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and move heavy drums with equipment
• Teamwork, reliability, and a safety-first attitude

Physical & Work Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts daily
• Push/pull drums up to 800 lbs (with drum dolly), bins up to 1500 lbs (with pallet jack)
• Climb ladders, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods
• Pass a basic fitness test (pushups, squats, etc.)
• Good hand-eye coordination and 20/20 vision (corrective lenses okay)
