Main Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of EMEA-wide marketing strategies in close alignment with regional Sales leadership, Regional Marketing and EMEA Marketing priorities
- Enable product adoption and commercial performance through strong collaboration with local sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support product launch activities, including market analysis, pricing inputs, KOL engagement, launch planning, and post-launch adoption initiatives
- Analyze market dynamics, clinical trends, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and support data-driven commercial decisions
- Develop value messaging, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools to strengthen product positioning and support effective customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and key clinical stakeholders across the EMEA region
- Design and execute regional marketing initiatives, congress activities, scientific education programs, and workshops to drive clinical awareness and adoption
- Deliver structured training programs to commercial teams to ensure strong product knowledge, procedural understanding, and effective clinical value communication
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure integrated execution of regional priorities and maximize customer impact
