As a member of GE Vernova's Financial Management Program, you will be a part of our Next Generation Development Programs where you can train, work and learn with a globally diverse community of early career professionals. As a part of the finance organization, you will work alongside operating partners to deliver on GE Vernova’s strategic priorities, while launching your career in finance.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

The GE Vernova Financial Management Program (FMP) is a two-year early career development program that will ignite your professional growth and launch your career in our finance organization. FMP combines four, six-month business rotation assignments with formal classroom and virtual training across finance domains, to build your functional and professional skills for finance career development.

Essential Responsibilities:

Complete four, six-month rotation assignments (2 years) at GE Vernova for breadth of experiences such as: Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Financial Planning and Analysis
Develop strong functional knowledge through finance training curriculum, complementing on the job learning

Collaborate with and present to senior leaders who act as coaches and mentors throughout the program
Actively uphold GE Vernova’s values by participating in our inclusive culture both inside the company and in the communities we serve

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
Core program rotation locations include: Atlanta, GA and Schenectady, NY.  Select opportunities for rotation assignments at other GE Vernova locations as business needs support.
Graduation dates: Dec 2025 or May/June 2026

Desired Characteristics:

Previous co-op or intern experience in corporate finance

Business/accounting or analytical coursework

Understanding of business concepts/strategy
Interest in the Energy industry
Humble: respectful, agile, eager to learn
Transparent: strong communicator, speaks with candor, contributes collaboratively
Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, strong work ethic
Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker, team player
