Overview: As an EB360 Business Analyst, you will be an integral member of the Employee Benefits Technology Strategy team. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including operational business areas, product teams, and IT development teams, to gather requirements, design, and implement intuitive solutions for our EB360 platform.
Key Job Responsibilities
The base salary range for this position is $ 68,000 - $ 90,000 . Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements for system enhancements on our EB360 administration platform.
- Define Requirements: Provide detailed functional requirements and system specifications for the IT development team.
- Quality Assurance: Review QA team test results, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide signoff for system enhancements.
- Support Deployments: Assist with monthly production deployments and provide level two support for production issues.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the EB360 platform, interacting with members of Equitable's Employee Benefits organization.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system user guides and functional specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project execution.
- Training: Assist with developing and conducting training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the EB360 platform.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Benefits Administration Technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EB360 or similar Policy Administration tools.
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
