The Opportunity That Awaits You:PROCEPT BioRobotics is a surgical robotics company enabling better patient care by developing transformative solutions in urology. With an initial focus on BPH, the company’s AQUABEAM® Robotic System delivering Aquablation therapy, is the first FDA-cleared, automated surgical robot for the treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Aquablation therapy combines real-time, multi-dimensional imaging, automated robotics and heat-free waterjet ablation for targeted, controlled, and immediate removal of prostate tissue. Aquablation therapy offers predictable and reproducible outcomes, independent of prostate anatomy, prostate size or surgeon experience.If you like both being involved by working with coworkers from all different departments and having space to focus on core inspection duties. What Your Day-To-Day Work Involve:The Senior Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring nonconforming product in all products and materials are processed per QMS procedures. · Inspect incoming raw materials, components, equipment tools, and products using appropriate tools, gauges, and documentation.· Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards for inspection criteria.· Use measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs.· Record and report inspection results accurately in quality databases or ERP systems.· Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCMRs) for deviations and coordinate with the QA team for disposition.· Collaborate with Purchasing and Supplier Quality to resolve material quality issues.· Maintain inspection documentation and ensure traceability of materials.· Provide mentoring and guidance to junior inspectors and help in training new team members.· Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance· Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations· Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

- 5+years of industry experience
- BasicknowledgeofISO13485:2016
- Ability to interpret CAD drawings
- Experience using measurement instruments– CMM, OMM, surface plate setups, calipers, micrometers, profilometer, vision equipment and other tools
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel to perform basic operations and data reporting
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
