<p><span>Internship Description</span></p><p><span>CDSClear Operations</span></p><p><span>Services</span></p><ul><li><span>Assist the CDSClear operations team in the management and daily monitoring of all trade lifecycle events, including back loading, novation, credit events, succession events, compression transfers, and default management.</span></li><li><span>Help build strong relationships with business partners (DTCC, Markit &amp; Unavista).</span></li><li><span>Participate in the development of client clearing activities and flows: ensure members and clients have an outstanding experience interacting with LCH and receive high-standard service levels.</span></li><li><span>Assist in developing and maintaining a strong operational control environment by performing daily/weekly/ad hoc controls and ensuring timely resolution, remediation, or escalation of exceptions and issues.</span></li><li><span>Ensure that documentation (procedures and user guides) and audit trails are produced and kept up to date. Follow up and implement audit recommendations (operational risk control &amp; compliance).</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Required Skills</span></p><ul><li><span>Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university, specializing in finance, economics, management, or a related field.</span></li><li><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.</span></li><li><span>Basic knowledge of financial markets and derivatives is a plus.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in English.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span>LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
