Inspiroz is seeking a results-driven, detail-oriented IT Project Assistant to join our on-site Hardware Repair Team in Chadds Ford, PA for a 2 week Hardware Repair and Assessment Project for our clients.  As the IT Project Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with assessing, reimaging and setting up hardware in preparation for the new school year.

Requirements

• Hardware Support
• Assess, diagnose, clean & fix all laptops/desktops and re-image as needed.
• Provide detailed information and documentation for hardware.
• Asset Tag Management
• Once devices have been assessed and deployed, final asset tag and documentation of devices.
• Maintain Asset Tag Management documentation.
• Client Support and Service
• Communicate updates, challenges and tasks to the client in a clear and timely manner.
• Assists clients in aligning technology solutions with their specific goals and requirements. 
• Ensures client satisfaction by following up on issue resolution and providing necessary support.
