Production Manager II

Key Responsibilities:
• The Production Manager II will support project teams in budgeting, planning, coordinating, and executing work using the Wharton-Smith Production Management System (PMS).
• This role partners with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to improve workflow, planning reliability, and continuous improvement across all phases of construction.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Plan Grid, Primavera P6, budget software, project management software; CAD or SketchUp is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience
• 2-5 years of commercial and/or water plant construction experience
