Microsoft D365 F&O Presales Functional Solution Architect

As a Presales Functional Solution Architect with D365 F&O experience you will:

• Lead sales and presales teams with preparing proposals, client presentations and support the sale of professional services when necessary
• Interact with prospects/clients to understand business requirements
• Demonstrate D365 F&O solution capabilities to the client
• Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
• Create solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
• Advise on complex D365 F&O business cases and propose comprehensive solutions
• Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
• Use proven methodologies to deliver successful projects
• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion
• Collaborate with business users to create architecture in alignment with business need
• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
• Produce documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS Or related field
• 5+ Years of Solution Architect experience working with D365 F&O
• 5+ Years of experience including expertise in D365 F&O implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation
• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide D365 F&O implementation with focus on presales/business development as well as engagement delivery
• Deep know-how and proved record of applying D365 F&O in one or more industries, financial services and public sector preferred
• Proven experience in presales activities including proof of concepts, demo, presentations and positioning in front of C-level executives
• Ability to envision, architect, and evangelize D365 F&O solutions with clients
• Proven experience with estimating, scoping, and writing effective sow’s that set expectations and limit risk
• Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms including a working knowledge of different architectural frameworks
