Project Overview:

The rapid growth of AI and digitalization is fueling unprecedented demand for data centers that require large, reliable sources of energy. In response to this market trend, the Renewables & Clean Power (R&CP) team have signed an early works contract to build one of the largest gas fired power generation facilities in the U.S. This project is of significant scale and complexity, and our team is helping the customer progress early-stage development, that would lead to the start of full EPC delivery this year. The successful candidate will mobilize on a long-term (camp) assignment to Pecos, Texas. This position is contingent upon project award.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will provide onsite leadership for civil construction activities primarily focused on the project’s T350 turbines, ensuring all work is executed safely, meets technical requirements, and aligns with project schedule and budget objectives. This role directs craft labor and subcontractors, oversees daily field operations, and drives workforce planning, progress reporting, and cost/schedule performance. Working closely with engineering, construction management, and project controls, you will resolve constructability issues, support the development of work scopes, and ensure effective use of automation tools and project procedures. The position plays a central role in maintaining quality, enforcing use of current design documents, and ensuring that tools, materials, and equipment are available to support efficient execution.#LI-SP1

Major Responsibilities:

Leadership / Supervision 

• Lead and direct craft labor and subcontractor teams, ensuring safe and efficient execution of daily work.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination, ensuring alignment with project expectations.
• Performs general functions inherent in all supervisory field positions.
• Engage proactively in team development through CPM processes, competency assessments, and continuous feedback.
• Conducts foreman/subcontractor meetings to review/assist in daily, weekly, and monthly planning.
• Develops and monitors 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule for assigned scope.
• Verifies that all material, tools and other resources needed to support the 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule are available and on site.
• Conducts daily Job Safety Analysis and daily workplan at the beginning of shift.
