The Role
As the Sr Manager PMO for the Global Partner Solutions organization, you will lead a high-impact team of Program Managers and drive cross-functional programs that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic transformation. You will oversee the planning, execution, and evolution of internal and partner-facing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on process optimization, stakeholder alignment, and results-driven execution.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute at scale, with deep experience leading teams, driving clarity across complex programs, and building frameworks for long-term success.
The Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of program managers overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of sales programs and operational processes across the Global Partner Solutions org
- Translate business strategies into actionable, measurable program roadmaps
- Build frameworks to track program status, mitigate risks, and measure outcomes
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Enablement, and other teams to accelerate program execution
- Define success metrics and standardize performance measurement across initiatives
- Coach team members on best practices, stakeholder management, and agile program execution
- Create program documentation, executive-ready collateral, and scalable playbooks
- Facilitate effective meetings and drive decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups
- Additional duties as required of the business

What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor degree or master degree in business or related field.
- Proven experience in program/project management and business operations.
- Proven experience leading a team of individual contributors
- Experience supporting sales teams or partner/channel organizations highly preferred
- Skilled at leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strong change management capabilities and an agile mindset
- Ability to develop structure and clarity from ambiguity
- Comfortable working across all levels of an organization
- PMP, PgMP, or other project/program management certifications a plus
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
