Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Production Trainer 4 will perform on-the-job training, skills training, and some classroom training in assembly and production areas. Participate in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas. Maintain rosters of training progress, examination records, and certification records and may monitor trainees.
Job Duties Include:
- Develop training curriculum for machine signoffs based on knowledge of working the production floor.
- Oversee and maintain up to date records of training records and reflect status on training matrix.
- Will be responsible for procedure reviews and revisions and updating as needed.
- Train current personnel on any procedure revisions or updates being made.
- Work directly with engineering personnel when bringing in or starting up new processes.
- Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and maintain updated technical information.
- Provide input to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
- Develop training materials – classroom materials, instructor guides, student manuals, workbooks, related materials; curricula to support program implementation across target audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years of experience in operations or manufacturing.
- Able to read and interpret process specifications, written instructions, test procedures, etc.
- This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying tools, lifting up to 50 pounds and working overhead.
- Experience with Medium Caliber load, assemble and pack production.
- Familiarity with Microsoft office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

- Experience in/familiarity with training systems or programs
