Required Qualifications
- Experience in shipping and/or medical device industry
- Experience interfacing with Customer Service departments
- Focus on outstanding customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, very personable, good phone etiquette
- Computer experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- MRP system experience
- Multi-tasking ability
- Sensitive to prompt completion of tasks
- Ability to read and interpret packing lists and invoices
- Familiarity with international documentation and distribution
- Experience with MRP/Inventory Management system preferred
- Extended periods of phone and computer use
- Extended periods of standing
- Moderate lifting, up to 50 lbs.
