The Equipment Warehouse Technician 3 manages the logistics and upkeep of medical equipment within a warehouse setting. Duties include receiving, staging, and storing various types of durable medical equipment, and ensuring orderly and efficient organization. This role is responsible for picking and pulling inventory based on specific work orders. The job requires considerable physical effort, including lifting heavy items up to 100 lbs and engaging in activities like stooping and standing for extended periods. The Equipment Warehouse Technician 3 performs advanced cleaning and testing of equipment to maintain quality standards before distribution. The Equipment Warehouse Technician 3 performs advanced administrative and operational support duties that require independent initiative and judgment.The Equipment Warehouse Technician 3 engages in a variety of tasks including tagging, staging, storing, and maintaining inventory. Primary responsibilities focus on preparing a variety of medical equipment for reuse, ensuring each piece meets or exceeds manufacturer guidelines. plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the workflow within high-volume warehouse settings. This individual assigns tasks, coordinates team efforts for order pulling and staging, and ensures all activities comply with established policies and processes. As a subject matter expert and a mentor, the Equipment Warehouse Technician 3 trains lower-level staff and handles ad-hoc issues. Additionally, the technician will perform highly complex equipment repairs, strictly adhering to manufacturers' recommended procedures to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of processes and organizational knowledge.

Required Qualifications:
1) High school diploma
2) 3-5 years of experience relevant experience
3) Ability to stand, walk, and unload items safely
4) Understanding of audit and DME regulatory requirements; ability to conduct physical inventories
5) Solid written and verbal communication skills
6) Must be 21 years or older, based on DOT driving requirements
7) Positive Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no misdemeanor traffic violations in the last 5 years and no felony traffic violations
8) Demonstrate safe operation of company vehicles and adhere to DOT driving standards
9) Successfully pass a driving test at the branch as part of DOT and OHS applications
Preferred Qualifications:
1) Prior DME knowledge or warehouse experience
2) Experience in driving, specifically with the ability to pass a driving test for operating up to a 16 ft box truck
3) Leadership experience
4) Associate's or Bachelor's degree

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
