THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a B2B EVENTS AND FIELD MARKETING SPECIALIST for our REVENUE MARKETING team in NEW YORK!
YOUR IMPACT
- Event Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute impactful B2B events, conferences, webinars, demo sessions, 1-few events, and trade shows that showcase Gympass solutions and foster meaningful connections with potential clients.
- Influence Chief Human Resources and Human Resources audiences through client engagements, industry organizations, partners, and first-party events across the US.
- Field Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement field marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support sales efforts.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners to enhance Gympass' presence in the corporate wellness landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless alignment and execution of marketing initiatives to reach shared goals and KPIs.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of events and marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field;
- A professional with 3+ years of integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience;
- Previous relevant hands-on field marketing experience driving business growth with B2B campaigns across events and revenue-driven communication;
- Owns understanding and representation of local/regional business prioritization and marketing objectives;
- Passion and love for global, modern, and inclusive marketing and an ability to innovate and unlock new growth opportunities for the business;
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail;
- Experience with marketing automation tools and marketing creation tools;
- Analytical skills for data-driven decision making;
- A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment;
- Able to build relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing and sales teams;
