Summary

The Senior Director, (Site Leader) Aircraft Completions Facility, is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the Moses Lake facility. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, enhancing profitability, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through the execution of long-term strategies.

Working closely with the Director of Maintenance and Accountable Manager, the Senior Director will support the successful delivery of aircraft completion, refurbishment, modification, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in VVIP large aircraft completions and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

As a key member of the extended multi-site leadership team, the Senior Director will report directly to the Vice President of Production and engage regularly with stakeholders at all levels—from executive leadership to frontline personnel and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site-wide strategies to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer
