The expected ENTRY pay range for this position based on experience and equity within the Judicial Branch is $150,000.00 to $186,500.00.
This position is Exempt under the FLSA.

The Deputy Court Administrators of the Judicial Branch, as part of the executive team, assist the Presiding Judge and Branch Administrator in the management of the day-to-day operations of the Judicial Branch and its efforts to uphold the mission, vision, and values of one of the largest, most innovative, and progressive trial courts in the nation.
Deputy Court Administrators provide executive oversight to operational and service departments within the Branch. This may include Criminal, Civil/Tax, Lower Court Appeals, Family, Juvenile, Probate/Mental Health, and Jury operations and service agencies including Court Reporters, Court Interpretation & Translation Services, Electronic Recording Unit, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Law Library Resource Center, Data Integrity & Analytics, Project Management, Facilities Management and Lower Jurisdiction Courts. Additionally, Deputy Court Administrators serve on the Branch Executive Team providing substantive analysis and input on Branch-wide issues including Personnel Policies and Management, Budgeting and Financial Management, Strategic Planning and Technology and Innovation initiatives. All responsibilities are carried out with keen awareness to accountability and transparency, embracing the Branch values of fairness, respect, integrity, innovation, and safety.

Position Qualifications
We recognize your time is valuable, so please apply if you meet the following required qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an academically accredited college or university in Business, Public Administration, Judicial Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience:
- Eight (8) years of senior management and complex administration experience
- At least four (4) years of supervisory experience
OR
Combined education and experience qualifications:
- Post-baccalaureate education in a related field may substitute for up to four (4) years of administration experience on a year-for-year basis.
Other Requirements:
- Applicants must have or obtain a valid Arizona Driver License and reliable vehicle by time of hire. Employees will be reimbursed for the use of a privately owned vehicle for work purposes at the current mileage reimbursement rate established by the U.S. General Services Administration.
