About the Role

Join our People Operations team to shape the culture of our company by growing the capabilities of our people. This business-critical Learning Program Manager position will be part of the Learning & Talent team and instrumental in building out learning and talent development programs for Fivetran. This position calls for someone who has a strong background in people operations/HR, leadership and talent development and has the ability to build new learning and development strategies and programs in close partnership with company leaders, as well as being strong operationally to ensure those strategies turn into impactful programs globally. This role requires a strong mix of critical thinking and practical application plus collaboration with teams at all levels. This position reports to the Sr Director of Fivetran Learning & Talent.   What You'll Do

• Drive global learning and development programs in alignment with employee needs and business priorities
• Ownership of people manager and leadership development programs and initiatives partnering closely with senior business leaders to strategize and prioritize how Fivetran supports the growth of our leaders
• Leadership of talent development processes and programs through Fivetran’s performance review cycles and talent development initiatives
• Ownership of Fivetran HR tools training (ie: Workday, Fivetran Academy (LMS)
• Facilitation of global new hire onboarding as needed
• Content management and uploading, course/roster assignments and reporting via Fivetran Academy (LearnUpon)
• Manage multiple learning programs and projects from beginning to end, including project planning, scheduling, content design & development, communications and reporting
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that programs are prioritized, aligned to talent needs, built quickly, and delivered to land impact
• Act as a subject matter expert on performance management and leadership development, leveraging other experts as needed
• Drive consistency in the learning experience, ensuring Fivetran’s learning programs reflect emerging best practices, cutting-edge tools and techniques, and breakthrough thinking
• Identify and assess third-party suppliers who can offer solutions to Fivetran learning needs. Negotiate and execute contracts, manage vendor deliverables and track spend against allocated budget
• Measure and report program outcomes against business objectives, and ensure that stakeholders are updated on impact measures

Skills We're Looking For

• Multi-year experience in a global company, ideally high-tech.
• At least five years of experience working as a Talent or Leadership Development professional in a range of roles
• Multi-year experience working with senior level stakeholders
• Multi-year experience managing the roll-out of leadership programs across multiple locations, with a track record of program management
•  Experience of identifying business impact metrics for programs, gathering data, and reporting results back to business leaders
• Knowledge of learning theories and principles, including needs assessment, instructional design methodology, and established industry models of evaluation
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging creative modalities for delivery of content that maximizes learner engagement and learning transfer
• Exceptional facilitation skills for effective virtual training
• Ability to develop strong relationships
