Senior Tax Accountant

<p data-start="53" data-end="660">Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant – Flex to join our corporate tax team and play a critical role in supporting tax compliance, reporting, and accounting activities across a dynamic multinational organization. This position requires strong technical expertise in federal, state, and international tax matters, as well as hands-on experience with ASC 740 tax provision preparation. The ideal candidate is an analytical and proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.</p> <p data-start="662" data-end="887">The Senior Tax Accountant will work collaboratively with finance, legal, treasury, and operational teams to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, financial statement reporting, and regulatory compliance obligations are met.</p> <hr data-start="889" data-end="892"> <h2 data-section-id="l58gnw" data-start="894" data-end="932">Areas of Expertise & Special Skills</h2> <ul data-start="934" data-end="2001"> <li data-section-id="8f29jg" data-start="934" data-end="1079">Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree in Taxation and/or CPA certification strongly preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="luvoxb" data-start="1080" data-end="1263">Minimum of 5+ years of progressive tax experience, ideally combining public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) and corporate tax experience within a multinational organization.</li> <li data-section-id="16bfz70" data-start="1264" data-end="1364">Strong technical knowledge of U.S. corporate income tax law and ASC 740 tax accounting principles.</li> <li data-section-id="25hsnp" data-start="1365" data-end="1444">Exposure to international tax concepts and compliance requirements preferred.</li> <li data-section-id="1l1vugz" data-start="1445" data-end="1568">Proficiency with tax software platforms such as OneSource or CorpTax, and ERP/accounting systems including SAP or Oracle.</li> <li data-section-id="1oy02uo" data-start="1569" data-end="1612">Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.</li> <li data-section-id="1tld51u" data-start="1613" data-end="1720">Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li data-section-id="tj83j6" data-start="1721" data-end="1866">Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex tax matters to both
