Consulting, Specialist Master

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Columbus, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle for the development of Cloud-based technologies. Manage end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Manage various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
• 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Agile methodology, SnapLogic, Apigee, Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Oracle Service Bus (OSB), IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and MuleSoft to manage design and development for Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, and Cloud Managed Services;
• Participating in technical teams to architect, build, and deploy multi-cloud solutions, including Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and integration between applications to support enterprise clients;
• Defining, tracking, and measuring overall department performance and metrics, creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources, and monitoring project progress, utilizing Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence;
• Defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing technology solutions, using SnapLogic, Apigee, IIB, MuleSoft, SoapUI, Postman, Jira, and Confluence;
• Developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to private and public cloud platforms, including Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS);
• Participating in teams in designing solutions within cloud infrastructures, using private and public cloud platforms, Google Cloud, and AWS integration through SnapLogic;
• Participating in the development, communication, and implementation of organizations’ DevOps capabilities, including continuous integration, continuous test automation, continuous delivery pipelines, and application monitoring, using Agile methodology, SnapLogic, Oracle SOA, OSB, IIB, and GitHub.
