Welcome to Offshore Global O&M Procurement
You’ll be part of Offshore OEM Services and Component Procurement where you, together with your colleagues, will secure contracts for the supply of services and components for our offshore wind farms. You'll be working closely with category and other sourcing managers and play a vital role in driving the commercial strategy, negotiations, and contract management. As a team, we work across different departments with a collaborative approach and driven mindset.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

• owning and managing the procurement process and leading contract negotiations, contract signing, and contract management to support the overall category sourcing strategy
• engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand the business needs
• establishing and executing suitable and effective sourcing strategies for our operational wind farms
• setting negotiation strategies and leading intensive commercial and contractual negotiations to achieve best business results.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

• have experience in negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts, preferably within sourcing components and tools
• possess strong interpersonal skills allowing for a high level of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• are solution-oriented, with a self-starter mindset, and have experience with building constructive working relationships in an international team
• thrive in a fast-paced work environment and see the value of working in a structured manner
• have strong communication skills, speaking and writing fluent English to communicate and negotiate with your business partners in an international environment.
