Intern-Technical Support - Information Technology Division

TxDOT's Information Technology Division is looking for a Technical Support Intern. Are you interested in helping customers, advancing your troubleshooting skills, or learning the ins and outs of a Technical Support Desk? Join us as a Technical Support Intern! You'll work with our Tech Lounge technicians to support our customers, troubleshoot a variety of technical issues, and gain an understanding of our Tech Lounge support model. This is a great chance to learn, grow, and make an impact in the field. We'd love to hear from you!

This position will be Full-time during the Summer (40hrs) and part-time during the Fall/Spring (20hrs)
